I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful exterior and a lovely infinity pool, but customer service left much to be desired. The rooms were clean but lacked a bit in comfort and design. I'd say it has great potential, but there are some significant areas that need improvement, especially for the price I paid.
